1. Service Provider

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Afflyt you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

3. Service Description

Afflyt is a SaaS analytics platform for affiliate marketing that provides:

• Advanced real-time click tracking on affiliate links
• Automatic A/B testing to optimize conversions
• AI-based predictive analytics
• Professional dashboard to monitor performance

4. Private Beta - Limitations

The service is currently in private beta. This means:

• Service is provided "as-is" without functionality guarantees
• Possible interruptions, downtime, or malfunctions
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at our discretion
• No guaranteed SLA (Service Level Agreement)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Legality: Use the service only for legal purposes
• Compliance: Respect affiliate platform guidelines (Amazon Associates, etc.)
• Security: Not attempt to compromise, violate, or bypass security measures
• Truthfulness: Provide accurate information during registration and use
• IP Respect: Not violate third-party intellectual property rights
• No spam: Not use the service for unsolicited communications

6. Account and Credentials

When full registration becomes available:

• You are responsible for your credentials' security
• You must immediately notify us of unauthorized account use
• You cannot transfer, sell, or share your account
• One account per person/entity

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to Afflyt remain ours, including:

• Software, source code, and algorithms
• Design, user interfaces, and user experience
• Logo, trademarks, and "Afflyt" name
• Content, documentation, and materials

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the service. Reverse engineering is prohibited, except as permitted by law for interoperability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Afflyt is not liable for:

• Indirect damages: Loss of profits, data, business opportunities
• Interruptions: Service downtime or tracking data loss
• Data-based decisions: Marketing strategies based on our analytics
• Third-party content: Affiliate links, products, or third-party services
• Compatibility: Functioning with other software or platforms

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months (during beta: €0).

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Improper use or abuse of the service
• Non-payment (when applicable)
• Request from competent authorities

Notice: 24 hours via email, except for serious violations (immediate suspension). You can request cancellation by writing to support@afflyt.io.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms.Significant changes will be notified via email 15 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Padova, Italia.
